Thank you for shopping with Mackenzies Gym. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our exchange and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Items

  • No Exchanges or Refunds will be accepted on any custom-made or personalised items.
  • This includes any products made to order, with custom names, designs, or specifications.
  • Please double-check all details before completing your order, as we cannot make changes once production has begun.

Non-Custom Items

  • We offer a 28-day exchange policy for items that do not fit or are unsuitable, as long as they are not custom-made.
  • No refunds will be issued — exchanges only.
  • Items must be:
  • Returned within 28 days of delivery.
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost once the issue is verified.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our team at Mackenzies-shop-orders@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll send out your exchange promptly.
